I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was really big with a great view over the town of Munnar and the hills beyond, which was fantastic. However, the lack of complimentary breakfast, especially for the high price we paid per night, was disappointing.
I stayed at the hotel and found the rooms to be excellent and clean, despite the lack of complimentary breakfast, which seemed odd given the high price we paid. The view of the hill nearby was marred by rubbish and darkness, which was a downside. However, the option to have a nice view required an extra payment.
